A light and flaky Sour cream pastry, with sinfully rich dark chocolate ganache, so simple so good.
Recipe is from 'The Cook & the Chef' a favourite TV program of mine, you can tell the presenters (both well renown foodies) really love the produce that they are dealing with.

I love this show too for the same reasons. Really wanted to try this recipe so I'm glad to hear it really is as good as it looked, will definitely be trying it now.
Thanks julia, good luck with it, not that you will need it. I almost lock the kids way on Wednesdays when its on, except my 5 year old loves it too. He just keeps asking questions during it, argh, so frustrating.
